Does my new Audi A3 have the Bluetooth extras I asked for?

I took delivery of a new Audi A3 Sportback 2.0 TDi 170 S Line on 1 September. This is my third A3 and in all I have been very happy with the model. When ordering the new car I decided to go for several options including Bluetooth phone prep (Low), Storage Pack and Main Beam Assist. When the car arrived I noticed that it didn't have the windscreen sensor for the main beam assist. It did have the drawer under the driver's seat which is part of the storage pack, but the nets on the back of the seats and the one on the side of the console were all missing. The dealer described this as being a mis-build and they would contact Audi to see what to do next about possibly retro-fitting these two options.

I have subsequently noticed that the amplified shark fin aerial for the bluetooth phone prep is not on the roof and the dealer has told me it is no longer fitted. Apparently the aerial is incorporated somewhere else on the car. Has the external aerial been replaced, or am I being fobbed off with an excuse for something else Audi have forgotten to add to my car?

Get the dealer to make the Bluetooth work. If he can't, reject the car because it is not specifically what you ordered and lacks an essential piece of equipment you specifically asked for and need.
