My new Audi Q5 hasn't come with the options that were promised - what do I do?

I have bought a new Q5 2017 and ordered some options on the car. However they aren't 100% complete as per list on the Audi website and brochure. I've paid for these options and now being told that that particular element of the option isn't offered (not my fault). They are still on the website, brochure and all marketing materials. I've raised this with the dealer and Audi UK but response so far has been poor. Any advice? The car was only purchased 3 weeks ago.

The problem is that everything in a brochure or options list is not not necessarily available at the time of production as the car comes down the production line. And it is established in law (Johnson V HWM) that it is not always possible to supply a car exactly to the ordered spec. However, if any of the options fitted are dependent on other options not fitted then you have a case either to reject the car or for a refund of the cost of the options rendered useless.
