Slow seller? - gmac

I had Saabs for seven years without ever thinking 'Gosh this is just like the

Vauxhall it's based on; why didn't I have one of those and save some money?'

I had the 900 V6 and it felt much better than the Cavalier counterpart.

My current biggish Volvo has no Ford parts (does it?)

Dunno, what year is it ? If it's a facelift 05 model, look at the headlight wiring loom, it's Ford.

but I've driven the small

ones and while there are similarities in driving feel to the Focus the Volvo interior

seats and design philosophy make the S40 - for me - a nicer place to

be.

The smaller cars share a platform but the panels are thicker on the Volvo's and the SIPS system has not been used in the Focus derivatives.
