It’s not all cars at the Goodwood Festival of Speed – motorcycles from all eras appear too. TT racers were among the highlights, including a 1930s Norton capable of an average speed of 90mph on the infamous Isle of Man TT. Another highlight was this Honda Fireblade, which competed in 2014 at the hands of John McGuiness, who has won 21 TT events since 1996.

On the 2013 Fireblade McGuiness claimed the Isle of Man TT outright lap record, covering more than 37 miles of treacherous, twisting roads in 17 minutes 11.6 seconds at an average speed of 132mph. McGuinness took to the hill at Goodwood alongside various famous names. Unfortunately McGuiness struggled at the 2014 TT because of a wrist injury.
